Job Responsibilities

Ferretly is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead the development and execution of growth-focused marketing strategies. You will be responsible for various aspects of marketing, including content, SEO, digital campaigns, social media, and event marketing.

You will be responsible for setting targets for user acquisition and for driving revenue growth.  This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing strategies a re integrated with product development and sales objectives.

The Director of Growth Marketing will leverage data analytics to assess campaign performance, optimize strategies, and make informed decisions to lower customer acquisition costs while increasing customer lifetime value. In addition, you will be responsible for the technological aspects of marketing, ensuring the martech stack is optimized for maximum efficiency.

  • Build a scalable acquisition marketing function.
  • Optimize inbound marketing and conversion rates.
  • Oversee all paid acquisition efforts and manage demand gen budgets.
  • Develop and manage marketing events to create demand.
  • Develop content for blogs, social media posts, and events
  • Collaborate with content teams for inbound traffic optimization.
  • Work with sales and product teams to capture and convert inbound demand.
  • Report on acquisition and revenue metrics.
  • Develop efficiency metrics and continuously drive down CAC.
  • Influence internal operations for improved marketing efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience,with a focus on demand generation, growth marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 1+years of experience in building, managing, and leading teams.
  • Familiarity with a range of martech and analytics tools.
  • Experience in campaign development and execution.
  • Strong SEO skills.
  • Bonus:Experience in SaaS/tech industry.
