Job responsibilities

  • Own our full-funnel marketing data flow: from ad clicks to MQL handoffs
  • Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards in HubSpot (and ActiveCampaign if applicable)
  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google Search, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X (focus: intent +     CPL)
  • Monitor SEO performance and surface zero-click or high-conversion opportunities
  • Ensure lead flows are clean, fast, and consistent (no leaky pipes)
  • Manage UTMs, tagging, attribution, and reporting accuracy
  • Send a weekly growth snapshot to marketing + execs: channel wins, lead trends, and next test up

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in demand gen, marketing ops, or growth marketing
  • ActiveCampaign or Clay experience is a major bonus
  • Strong command of Google Ads and GA4
  • Experience running B2B ads on LinkedIn, Reddit, and/or X preferred
  • Tech savvy to the bone: you tinker, test, and learn new platforms like it’s second nature
  • Analytical, detail-driven, and allergic to dirty data
  • Calm under chaos, obsessed with figuring it out
  • Deep experience in HubSpot:workflows, automation, dashboards, and troubleshooting
