We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Partner Relationship Manager to join our Global Partnerships & Alliances team at Ferretly. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong partner relationships, uncovering new revenue opportunities, and driving mutual success.

You’ll work closely with the Vice President of Global Partnerships & Alliances to grow and support our partnere cosystem, enhance customer experience, and assist in executing strategic initiatives such as webinars and sales enablement campaigns with the goal of growing existing partner revenue.  This is a customer-facing position that requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a relentless hustle mindset.

Job responsibilities

  • Identify upsell opportunities and areas of new business within the current customer base
  • Support and execute partner-focused initiatives including webinars, joint campaigns, and collateral creation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop compelling sales materials and partner communications
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline management using HubSpot CRM
  • Regularly report on partnership performance, sales opportunities, and metrics
  • Provide consistent customer interaction and support, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Travel occasionally for partner meetings, industry events, and team gathering

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, partnerships, or business development, preferably in a SaaS or background screening environment
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage partners and customers effectively
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and driven to exceed goals
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable with a remote work environment and self-managed workload
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%)
