FCRA Setting Help
The FCRA Compliant Background Check toggle in settings, General Settings tab is used to indicate if the background check which uses this profile conforms to FCRA rules. In general, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) is governed by the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Under this act, you must have a permissible purpose such as for employment, credit, issuance of insurance, etc.

Note, If you are hiring outside of the United States, you can uncheck this option. Unchecking this option will remove all references to FCRA in the report and also provide you with up to 10 years of social media history.
