Adding Credits

Background check credits are required in order to add a subject and/or run a background check on a subject.  You can add credits from both the left navigation pane in the main application or from the My Account page which is accessible by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the application.

The application will tell you how many background check credits you have remaining and also how many you have used out of the total credits you have purchased.

If you want to view the history of your orders, you can click on the View Orders button under the Payment Method section of your account settings page.
